A total lunar eclipse is a great opportunity for growth. It is the perfect time for deep self-reflection and self-examination. To explore one’s shadow, with curiosity and gentleness. Invite what no longer serves you to rise to the surface, to be acknowledged for the possibility of healing. It’s in this acknowledgement where we make the unconscious conscious; fear, judgement, shame no longer silently rule our behaviours. Their effect is lessened as they have been brought into the light of awareness. This is the ultimate self care ritual, it is profound work.
This Circle we will be exploring our darkness, what it is to do shadow work and the opportunities it brings for exponential growth.
